Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Aging Heroes (“Aging Heroes,” “we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.agingheroes.com (the “Site”), including our store, booking pages, donation pages, and related content. By using the Site, purchasing products, making a donation, or booking a service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1) Who We Are and What We Offer

Aging Heroes provides:
Physical products (for example: books, apparel, hats, stickers, and other merchandise) through our Shop. (Aging Heroes)
Services including coaching sessions and photography services (WanderKin Photography), plus speaking engagements and guided group sessions (as offered/arranged through the Site or by contacting us). (Aging Heroes)

Donations to support the Aging Heroes Movement, including one-time and recurring options. (Aging Heroes)
Free content such as podcasts, articles, and other resources. (Aging Heroes)

2) Eligibility and Account Responsibility
​
You must be 18 years old (or have parent/guardian permission) to purchase products, book services, or make donations.
​
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information for checkout, booking, and donations.
​
We may refuse service, cancel orders, or limit transactions when necessary (including suspected fraud, policy violations, or misuse).

3) Orders, Payments, and Taxes

When you place an order or book a service, you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your selected payment method.

4) Donations

Donations are voluntary and support the Aging Heroes Movement. (Aging Heroes)

Donations are non-refundable, including one-time and recurring donations, unless a technical error caused an incorrect charge (in which case contact us right away).

If you choose a recurring donation, you authorize us to charge your payment method on the schedule you selected (monthly/yearly) until you cancel. (Aging Heroes)

Tax note: Donations are not represented as tax-deductible unless we explicitly state otherwise in writing.

5) Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss (Physical Products)
​
Shipping fees and estimated delivery timelines are shown at checkout.
​
Some items may be made-to-order and/or fulfilled by third-party partners, which can affect production and shipping timelines.
​
Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery delays, carrier errors, or lost/stolen packages are outside our control—however, we’ll help you troubleshoot with the carrier when possible.
​
You are responsible for entering a correct shipping address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect/undeliverable address, you may be responsible for reshipping costs.

6) Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds (Physical + Digital)
​
Made-to-order / branded merchandise policy:
Because much of our merchandise is made-to-order and may be customized (including embroidered and/or screen-printed items), we do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind, sizing issues, or buyer error.

If we mess it up or it arrives damaged:
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right (replacement and/or refund at our discretion after review). Keep the packaging and provide clear photos.

Digital products (if/when offered):
All digital products (downloads, digital files, etc.) are final sale and non-refundable once delivered/accessed.

7) Services (Coaching, Photography, Speaking / Group Sessions)
​
Booking and payment
​
Service details, pricing, duration, and availability are shown on the booking page or provided in writing during scheduling. (Example: coaching sessions are offered via online booking.) (Aging Heroes)

Rescheduling / cancellation (services)
​
Unless a different policy is stated at booking or in a written agreement:

You may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours notice.
​
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows may be treated as non-refundable (or charged in full for that session).
​
For photography/speaking/group events, additional terms (including deposits, travel, deliverables, and usage rights) may be covered by a separate written agreement, which will control if it conflicts with these Terms.

Important coaching disclaimer
​
Coaching is not medical care, mental health treatment, or psychotherapy. You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.
If you are in crisis or need clinical support, contact a licensed professional or emergency services.

8) Intellectual Property
​
All Site content—including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and downloads—is owned by Aging Heroes or used with permission and is protected by intellectual property laws. (Aging Heroes)

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or exploit our content without prior written permission, except for standard sharing features explicitly provided by the Site.
